bidjob Bid on a rank

Every role category has its own #1

The category comes from the role title, by the same rule on both sides of the board — nobody picks their own and nobody can pay to change one. The bidjob rank is recomputed inside each category, so a company's best backend job leads the backend list even if it never reaches the front page.
